Our Story

How We Began

A laboratory built
around collaboration

Founded in 2009 by implant clinician Dr Bruno Silva, Brighton Dental Labs was created to provide high quality restorative and implant laboratory solutions with a strong focus on communication, reliability and attention to detail.

Working closely alongside the award-winning Brighton Implant Clinic, the laboratory was developed around a collaborative approach between clinicians and technicians to help achieve predictable, aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients. With over two decades of implant experience and a strong focus on digital dentistry, Dr Silva’s clinical philosophy continues to shape the laboratory’s commitment to precision, innovation and patient-focused results.

Over the years, the lab has continued to grow through investment in digital dentistry, modern workflows and advanced manufacturing techniques.

With over two decades of implant experience, Dr Silva founded Brighton Dental Labs to bring the clinician’s perspective into the laboratory. That philosophy, combining clinical insight with technical craftsmanship, remains the foundation of how the lab works with every practice it supports today.
