Aligner Setup
The digital treatment plan and staged setup, created from your scan. We map the planned tooth movements stage by stage so you can review and approve the proposed outcome before any aligners are produced.
Per Stage
Single Aligner
An individual aligner tray, manufactured in-house and priced per stage. Each aligner moves the teeth incrementally towards the planned result, with the number of trays determined by the approved setup.
Refinement
Single Refiner (1mm)
A refinement aligner in 1mm material, used towards the end of treatment to fine-tune tooth position and perfect the final result where small adjustments are needed.

Essix Retainers (1mm Zendura)
Clear vacuum-formed retainers made from premium 1mm Zendura material, prized for its durability and clarity. Holds the corrected tooth position after treatment, comfortable for the patient and discreet to wear.

Our clear aligner service is digitally planned and manufactured entirely at Brighton Dental Labs, giving you a high-quality solution at competitive pricing without the mark-ups of third-party aligner brands.
You stay in control throughout. We create the digital treatment plan from your scan, you review and approve the proposed movements, and we manufacture the aligners stage by stage. When treatment is complete, premium Zendura retainers protect the result for the long term.

Setup
Send us a digital scan. We create the digital treatment plan and staged setup, mapping each planned tooth movement for your review and approval.

Aligners
Once the setup is approved, we manufacture the aligners in-house, one per stage, ready to take the patient through their treatment incrementally.

Refine
Towards the end of treatment, a refiner fine-tunes tooth position where small adjustments are needed to perfect the final result.

Retain
Once the result is achieved, Essix retainers in Zendura material hold the corrected position, protecting the investment of treatment.
