Submit the short application form below. It takes around three minutes and gives our team the basics about your practice.

Review & Approve
Our team reviews every application within five working days. Once approved, we create your Labzona account and send your login details by email.

Submit Your First Case
Log in to Labzona, upload your case, and we get to work. From there, every future case takes minutes to submit.
NEW CLIENTS
New to Brighton Dental Lab?
Welcome. Becoming a client is a straightforward process designed to be quick and respectful of your time. We accept new clients on an ongoing basis — there’s no waiting list — and we aim to have your account up and running within a few working days of receiving your application.
What you can order from us
We offer a defined range of services to new clients — primarily digital cases — designed to cover the most common restorative and prosthetic needs. Established clients gradually gain access to our full service range as the relationship develops.
The price list includes turnaround times, materials, and pricing for every service available to new clients.

Delivery & Collection
Sending physical cases to the lab
Most cases now come in digitally through Labzona, but we continue to receive physical work — impressions, models, repair items — by post. Here’s everything you need to know about sending physical cases to Brighton Dental Labs.

Free pre-paid postage
We provide pre-paid Royal Mail labels to make sending physical cases simple and free of cost on your side. Download the label, attach it to your package, and drop it at any Royal Mail post office or postbox.
The same label is also available in our Downloads section.

Sending your cases
Send all physical cases to our Hove laboratory:

Cases are received and logged the same working day they arrive at the lab.

Returning your cases
Completed cases are returned to your practice via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) or Tracked 48 (two working days), depending on case urgency and your preference. Express courier options are available on request for time-critical cases.
Tracking details are added to your Labzona case record so you can follow the package right to your door.

Package Checklist
What to include in your package
To make sure your case is processed without delay, please include the following:
A completed prescription form (or a printed Labzona case sheet)
Patient identification — name or case reference
Shade information and any clinical photos
Models, impressions, or items relevant to the case
Any specific instructions for our technicians
Existing Labzona clients can print case sheets directly from their account. New clients can download a blank prescription form from our Downloads section.
URGENT CASES
Got an urgent case that can't wait?
The Labzona application process is designed for routine onboarding, not emergencies. If you’re facing an urgent case — a fractured restoration, a patient appointment that can’t be rescheduled, a sudden need for express turnaround — speak to us directly. We’ll work out a path through that gets the case into the lab today.
